How to Allow Pop-Ups to View Documents
Find your browser below and follow the steps to allow pop-ups.
Apple Safari
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Safari on iOS does not support allowing pop-ups for a single website. To view documents from our site, pop-ups must be enabled at the browser level.

Open the Settings app.

Scroll down and tap Safari
(On some devices: Settings → Apps → Safari) - 3 Turn Block Pop-ups off.
- 4 Return to Safari, refresh the page, and open the document again.
Note: iOS Safari does not provide a site-specific pop-up option.
macOS
Safari on macOS allows pop-ups to be enabled per website.
- 1 Open Safari and go to our website.
- 2 From the top menu, select Safari → Settings → Websites.
- 3 Click Pop-up Windows.
- 4 Find our website and set it to Allow.
- 5 Refresh the page and open the document.
Google Chrome
Windows / macOS
Chrome allows pop-ups to be enabled for a specific website.
- 1 Open Chrome and go to our website.
- 2 If a pop-up is blocked, click the pop-up blocked icon in the address bar.
- 3 Select Always allow pop-ups from this site.
- 4 Click Done, refresh the page, and reopen the document.
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Chrome on iOS may allow pop-ups per website, but only when a pop-up is actively blocked.
If you see a "Pop-ups blocked" message:
- 1 Tap the Pop-ups blocked message.
- 2 Select Always show or Always allow pop-ups from this site.
- 3 Refresh the page and open the document.
If this option does not appear:
Chrome on iOS does not provide another site-specific option. Pop-ups must be enabled at the app level.
- 1 Open the Chrome app.
- 2 Tap the three-dot menu → Settings.
- 3 Tap Content or Site Settings → Block Pop-ups.
- 4 Turn Block Pop-ups off.
- 5 Return to the page, refresh, and open the document.
Android (Chrome)
Chrome on Android supports site-specific pop-up permissions.
- 1 Open Chrome and go to our website.
- 2 If a pop-up is blocked, tap the Pop-ups blocked message.
- 3 Select Always allow pop-ups from this site.
- 4 Refresh the page and open the document.
If no prompt appears:
- 1 Tap the lock icon (or site settings) in the address bar.
- 2 Tap Pop-ups and redirects.
- 3 Set it to Allow.
- 4 Refresh the page and try again.
Microsoft Edge
Windows / macOS
Edge supports enabling pop-ups for a specific website.
- 1 Open Edge and go to our website.
- 2 Click the pop-up blocked message in the address bar.
- 3 Choose Always allow pop-ups from this site.
- 4 Refresh the page and try again.
iPhone / iPad (iOS)
Edge on iOS may allow pop-ups per website, but only when a pop-up is actively blocked.

Firefox allows pop-ups for a specific website.
- 1 When a pop-up is blocked, Firefox displays a message near the address bar.
- 2 Click Options or Preferences.
- 3 Select Allow pop-ups for this site.
- 4 Refresh the page and open the document.
