Who Is Part of the Settlement?

You ARE Included If:

You meet ALL the following criteria:

You are a U.S. citizen or a non-U.S. citizen who was living in the U.S. on the date of preliminary approval of the settlement.
Geographic Definition: The U.S. includes all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, any other U.S. territory, and U.S. military or diplomatic establishments worldwide.
You had contact with, inhaled, ingested, or absorbed Roundup Products in the U.S. before February 17, 2026.
Your exposure happened because you:
  • Applied the products yourself
  • Purchased or paid for the products or their application
  • Participated in, directed, or saw the application of the products
  • Otherwise had reason to know you were exposed

Derivative and Representative Claimants

Derivative Claimants

Spouses, parents, or dependent children of a class member, or you have a legal relationship with a class member that allows you to sue because of their exposure to Roundup Products.

Representative Claimants

Legal representatives, executors, or administrators acting on behalf of deceased or incapacitated exposed persons.

What Type of Claimant Am I?

If you are included in the settlement, you will be categorized based on your diagnosis status and exposure type.

Subclass 1

Diagnosed with NHL

You were diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) as of the date of preliminary approval of the settlement and meet the exposure requirements.

Subclass 2

Not Yet Diagnosed

You meet the exposure requirements but have NOT been diagnosed with NHL. You are part of the settlement now, but you can only submit a claim for compensation if you are diagnosed with NHL in the future.

Occupational vs. Residential Claimants

Occupational Claimant

Higher Award Potential

You Qualify If:

  • Exposed to Roundup Products for more than 80 hours while working in an agricultural, industrial, turf, or ornamental job.
  • Earned more than 50% of your income or more than $15,000 from this job in at least one year.

Examples:

Farmers, farm laborers, gardeners, maintenance workers, landscapers, pesticide sprayers/handlers/applicators, groundskeepers, lawn service workers, tree trimmers, highway/rail maintenance workers, facilities managers.

Proof Required:

Documentary evidence such as employment records, payroll records, business licenses, or tax records.

Residential Claimant

Quick-Pay Option Available

You Qualify If:

  • You were exposed to Roundup Products in a residential capacity.
  • You do not meet the hours or income requirements for an Occupational Claimant.

Examples:

Homeowners who used Roundup Products for gardening, landscaping, weed control in driveways, patios, or around the home. Anyone who used the product but didn't meet occupational thresholds.

Quick-Pay Option:

Eligible for faster, reduced payments if you prefer not to wait for full program processing.

Award Range: $20,000 – $40,000
(Award if diagnosed at Age 78 or Older: $10,000)
Quick-Pay: $7,700 – $14,500
(Quick-Pay Award if diagnosed at Age 78 or Older: $6,000)

Immigration Status

Your immigration status does not affect your inclusion in the settlement class. You do not need to be a U.S. citizen or have legal immigration status to participate if you qualify as a class member.

The settlement will pay claims for 17 to 21 years. Your award depends on your exposure type, diagnosis, and the age at which you were diagnosed.
